Have you been involved in an accident?
Want to know about compensation claims?
Do you want to deal with an ONLINE SOLICITOR?
Our lawyers use the no win no fee scheme and compensation is paid in full. If you would like free advice with no further obligation from a specialist personal injury solicitor just use the helpline or complete and send the contact form.
Choosing the right online solicitor can be difficult, but is essential in order to receive the
best possible advice and maximum compensation benefits. If you have never sought legal
advice before, you may feel unsure as to what to expect when seeking legal advice.
Our solicitors will encourage you to tell the story
without unnecessary interruptions. They may make brief notes of important points and
questions to be asked later. They will also probably ask questions to elaborate on any
issues or clarify points. The purpose of questioning you is to ascertain the strong and
weak points of your case. Your solicitor will also enquire to find out what it is that
you are trying to achieve and whether you are willing to consider alternative methods of
resolving the dispute.
Following the initial interview your online solicitor will pursue further lines of investigation which commonly include :-
- Obtaining statements from other witnesses especially if corroboration is necessary
or desirable.
- Photographs may be necessary or maps, floor plans, sketches, diagrams, surveys or
other visual material may be required.
- Police reports or reports from any other government department.
- Expert evidence medical or otherwise — for example in a matter involving personal
injuries one would ordinarily obtain reports from the treating hospital and doctors and
preferably also from independent doctors. In an industrial accident case it may be
necessary to obtain a report from an industrial engineer as to the safety and/or condition
of a particular piece of machinery.
- Correspondence or other documents may have to be obtained from the client or
elsewhere.
- Evidence as to any loss or damage suffered by the client will be needed. For example,
details of wage loss may be obtained from an employer. In the case of a self-employed
person, copies of tax returns or accountant's reports may be needed. Receipts to support
out-of-pocket expenses expended by the client may be required. If a business is claiming
loss of profits, trading figures for the years preceding the dispute will be needed.
Following investigation of your case, your online solicitor will advise you of:
- Your chances of success in seeking compensation;
- How much compensation you may expect to receive (usually in terms of a range of
likely values);
- Whether to litigate or negotiate;
- What to expect in terms of court process;
- How long it is likely to take to resolve your claim.
Here are 3 good reasons to choose our lawyers:
- Our lawyers will provide you with legal advice on your rights and entitlements to compensation with no further obligation.
- Our solicitors are specialist accredited expert members of the Law Society personal injury panel with extensive experience in negotiating, settling and litigating accident compensation claims.
- If you decide to instruct any of our specialists to obtain compensation for you, they will act on a “no win no fee” basis. Compensation is paid in full and win or lose there is no charge.¹
