UK CAR ACCIDENT CLAIMS ADVICE

Have you been involved in a road traffic accident?

Unsure whether you can claim compensation?

Do you want FREE legal advice on car accident claims?

Our solicitors use the no win no fee scheme and compensation is paid in full. If you would like free advice with no further obligation from a specialist personal injury solicitor just use the helpline or complete and send the contact form.

If the other driver or his insurers admit liability (that is, that they were responsible), then you should receive compensation at an early stage. If however, the other driver denies liability, then your compensation case is likely to proceed to a court hearing. If an accident is partially the fault of both drivers, as is often the case, then liability in car accident claims can still be established on the basis of 'contributory negligence' and a partial award will be paid dependent on the degree of responsibility for the accident attributed to either side.

Injuries sustained in motor vehicle collisions including head-on collisions, rear-end collisions, side-impact collisions or roll-over collisions can be extremely serious considering the nature of the impact and the forces that may be involved. Multiple impacts and multiple injuries including trauma to the head, neck, chest, spine, pelvis and abdominal areas are not uncommon. Catastrophic injuries such as brain damage, paraplegia or quadriplegia may be devastating for the individual (not just physically, but emotionally) and extremely difficult for family and friends to deal with especially if they are faced with the responsibility of having to care for their injured loved-one on a long-term basis.

If you have suffered a personal injury we can help you with car accident claims for compensation if you were :-

  • injured as a result of another person’s negligent driving
  • injured as a result of a defective road - the Highway Authority may be responsible for causing your accident in this scenario
  • injured as a result of negligence by a pedestrian or cyclist, however it may not be worth suing them, as unlike drivers of motor vehicles, they are not required to carry insurance and may not have the funds to pay for your compensation.

You may be entitled to compensation for:

  • injuries and disabilities
  • pain and suffering
  • loss of income if you are unable to work
  • cost of gratuitous domestic assistance and attendant care provided by family members
  • damage to your car and personal property
  • any out-of-pocket expenses incurred including the cost of replacement vehicle hire, medical and pharmaceutical expenses

Here are 3 good reasons to choose our lawyers:

  1. Our lawyers will provide you with legal advice on your rights and entitlements to compensation with no further obligation.
  2. Our solicitors are specialist accredited expert members of the Law Society personal injury panel with extensive experience in negotiating, settling and litigating accident compensation claims.
