Am I eligible to claim?

To be eligible, you must have been involved in an accident that wasn’t your fault and suffered injuries as a direct result. The accident in question must have occurred at some point within the last 3 years. The specialist will discuss the circumstances of your accident and any particular injuries that you have sustained, in complete confidence. Once we have gathered all the initial relevant criteria to commence a claim, we will either pass you onto an available solicitor or arrange a suitable time for a solicitor to contact you.

The solicitor will then discuss your claim in detail. If it is accepted, they will send out all the relevant paper work to you. You will then need to undertake an independent medical assessment, to see how badly your injury has affected you. Your appointed solicitor will assess your loss of earnings and out of pocket expenses and try to recover these.
